Beatus A.T. Kundi is currently Associate Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Dar es Salaam and a long time associate of Kazi Services Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, Masters of Applied Science in Management Sciences and a Ph.D. in Management Sciences from the University of Waterloo, Canada. He is registered Consulting Engineer with the Engineers’ Registration Board of Tanzania and holds professional qualifications in the Design and Management of Efficient Organizations from London School of Economics and Entrepreneurship Development using German Agency for Technical Co-operation (GTZ) model of CEFE.

Professor Kundi has extensive teaching, research and consulting experience of over 20 years in management sciences and related fields. His consultancies have involved local, regional and international clients and are in the areas of expertise of strategic management, industry and competitive analysis, marketing management, human resources management, higher education management, business planning, organizational design and restructuring, business, entrepreneurship development,  monitoring and evaluation and training servcies.

Professor Kundi is married and lives and works in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
