Z. Kristos Minja is a human capital specialist with over 30 years in senior management positions in the areas of human resources management within international organizations, private and public institutions. He also has hands on experience in curriculum development, training methodology, writing for and training various organizations on Performance Appraisal Systems management, workforce performance review, training and development, and development of other related people process manuals of regulations and procedures. Other areas of specialization include strategic planning, negotiations and conflicts management/resolutions.
