NLP provides very powerful tools and skills in communication, interpersonal relationships, and change. In a learning environment these tools give individuals:

• the ability to explore & understand what’s really happening for them in any given situation
• a system of empowering beliefs
• the ability to change and develop individual excellence.

For example the ability to delegate may not simply be about learning how to do this but could be complicated by other factors such as:

• an embarrassment to give instructions to tell your elders
• a belief that you only you can do it properly
• a lack of trust based on previous experience
• empathy with staff that are already working flat out

NLP can remove such blocks and barriers and create proactive behavioural change.
