The Team Diagnostic Assessment is an on-line questionnaire which measures 14 success factors related to both positivity and productivity.  The resultant report focuses on the team as a whole and gives a snapshot of the team at that point in time. This report becomes the basis on which the team can plan its own steps for developing in line with business priorities and challenges.
