Team Coaching as an ongoing process with the coach provides sustained success.  The coach will meet with the team regularly over a period of time to follow up on accountabilities generated at the workshop as well as to provide further learning for the team. 

The Process
Team members complete on-line assessment designed to effectively capture results while minimizing team members’ time.  All responses are completely anonymous.

The results are shared with the team over a two day learning session facilitated by a certified professional coach from Kazi Services Ltd. The workshop is experiential in nature and focuses on three main areas:

• Presentation and analysis of the Team Diagnostic Assessment
• Experiential learning to connect the results of the assessment with the real-time needs of the team
• Creation of Action Plan with clear steps for team development.

 Using the Team Diagnostic Assessment and Team Coaching, the Team Can:

• Keep team members consciously engaged with and enthusiastic about the team goals, creating commitment and accountability
